- The Metro Human Relations Commission is a city agency composed of seventeen volunteer commissioners appointed by the mayor and confirmed by Metro Council. Its services include educational resources that promote equity and effective intergroup relations, diversity training, dialogue, study circles and other group facilitation models, Title VI training and compliance support, data collection, assistance with discrimination complaints, community forums, policy recommendations, and public hearings.
